Warranty / Guarantee

Our Guarantee is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of the model car for all material or manufacturing defects.

Any defective part of any of RC Racing models shall be replaced or repaired free of charge, unless they have been tampered with by unauthorized personnel. The right to examine the defect and relative causes lies exclusively with RC Racing Enterprises LLC, and any expense for labor or transportation are the responsibility of the customer.

The guarantee ceases to be valid in the event that parts other than the original components have been mounted on the model car or on the electrical components:

• the electrical components have been used for other purposes, ie not on the model car
• the operating instructions regarding the use and maintenance have not been complied with
